This website is operated by Global Tribes or known as Al Juneidi For Media Production. Throughout the site, these terms of use (“we”, “us” and “our”) refer to Global Tribes. Global Tribes offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

The web Global Tribes (www.global tribes.io) promotes the idea of itinerary Planning. Global Tribes is a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Jordan, and its registered office address in Amman. Jordan.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”, “Terms & Conditions”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies that might occur while booking any of our trips. These Terms of Service apply to all members of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to add any new features to the current platform or make changes or modifications to these Terms, or any policy or guideline of our Services, at any time and in our sole discretion. If Global Tribes make changes to these Terms, we will provide notice of such changes, including by revising the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Accordingly, you should frequently review these Terms and applicable policies and guidelines to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Services.

SECTION 1 – MEMBER ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

To become a member of the Global Tribes website you must be at least 18 years old to access or use our services. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. In order to access certain areas and features of our Services, you will need to register an account on Global Tribes website using your email address.

by registering an account you agree to (a) create only one account; (b) provide accurate, truthful, current and complete information when creating your account; (c) maintain the security of your account by protecting your password and restricting access to your account; (d) maintain and promptly update your account information upon any changes; (e) promptly notify Global Tribes if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches relating to the Sites; and (f) take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account and accept all risks of unauthorized access.

Membership is indefinite which means it will continue and automatically renew the account until terminated. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services. Global Tribes also reserves the right to “unregister” or otherwise disable an account that is inactive. An inactive account is defined as an account that has not made a reservation for more than four (4) years. In the event that your account is disabled, you will no longer have access in certain areas and features of our Services. Your profile and personal data will continue to be stored but will not be displayed and will only be available to advanced member searches.

If you were a traveling agency, upon signing up to our website you will not be able to access our website except with an employee granting you approval. Upon approval, you can access our website and book our trips with a different pricing plan that is considered confidential and also it’s not allowed to be announced publicly. Also, all of the above terms and conditions apply too.

SECTION 2 – INTERACTION WITH HOSTS OR OTHER MEMBERS

You agree you have the sole responsibility when dealing with hosts or other members. Our website designated purpose is to provide services for members to participate in activities, hospitality, cultural exchange, and travel. Global Tribes is not a party to, has no involvement or interest in, makes no representations or warranties as to, and has no responsibility or liability with respect to any communications, transactions, interactions, disputes, or any relations whatsoever between you and any other member, hosts, person or organization. You are solely responsible for your interactions with hosts or other members of our Services. We reserve the right but have no obligation, to monitor interactions between you and Hosts or other members of our Services.

The address verification tool is only intended to confirm that the mailing address that a member submitted/provided to us is an address at which that member can access or receive mail.

Global Tribe’s address verification tool is not intended to confirm that a member actually resides at a particular address. While this is one of many ways to reduce the risk of misconduct by a member, it is not a guarantee of any member’s identity or goodwill.

By using our services to search for Host services, you are solely responsible for determining the identity and suitability of others with whom you may interact through our Services. We cannot and do not confirm each Host’s identity. Although we provide tools intended to assist with identity verification, it does not represent or warrant that our tools are sufficient to determine whether it is appropriate for you to interact with hosts. Also, we do not endorse any Members who use or register on our services. We do not verify or verify any Host’s reputation, conduct, morals, criminal background, or any information that members may provide to the Services. We recommend taking precautions when interacting with Hosts or other members, especially when meeting a stranger in person for the first time.

As the Global Tribe website’s designated purpose is to provide services for members, in the event that you have a dispute with Hosts or other members, you release us (and our officers, directors, members, employees, agents and affiliates) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and not suspected, disclosed and undisclosed arising out of or in any way connected with these disputes.

SECTION 3 – SEARCHING AND BOOKING

Our website provides the ability to search for trips through the Explore page, of which the visitor can search for the desired trip by destination, ratings, prices, activities and categories. Also, you can search by a keyword. And in case you found your desired trip, you have to pay the entire amount before launching the trip. This includes the additional activities you have booked.

You can’t book any of our trips on our website unless you create an account first or you can request a booking for any trip you like through a direct sales channel by contacting us at book@global tribes.io

Once booked, you’ll receive an email from us confirming the payment that has been made, after that in 2-3 business days, you’ll receive a confirmation for the itinerary.

You can book your trips with an installment system, either through our partnership with the banks that have been declared by Global Tribes, or you can book your trip by manual installments system.

For the manual installment, you can contact us. Our installment system works as follows: if your booking exceeds 1000 USD, you can pay 50% of your booking amount in advance; the rest of the payment will be paid on a monthly basis up to 30 days before the trip date.

Confirmation for the installment system is as mentioned above too.

While booking any of our trips, you’ll be considered responsible for the activities that have been declared in the itinerary, you can’t cancel any activity for a refund once booked.

While checking out the trip, you’ll be asked for some additional information such as an image of the passport or any other details we might require, so we can confirm your accommodations, booking and activities.

You are responsible for the information you have provided for us, and those details will be used in the billing and accommodations confirmations.

Global Tribes provide discounts through promo codes or any other means, and we are only responsible for the discount amount, discount usage number and validity dates for it.

SECTION 4 – CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND BOOKING MODIFICATION

There is a minimum Business Days cancellation policy per each trip, in which the member will receive a full refund. However, if the member cancels for less than the specified duration prior to the scheduled service date, service fees are non-refundable.

If you booked your trip with our installment system, and you had to cancel the trip within the specified time, we can refund you for the monthly fees but not the first payment you have paid which is 50% or the booking amount.

In case there was an issue on our part, you’ll be refunded the entire amount with no other responsibilities from the company side.

SECTION 5 – RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSUMPTIONS OF RISKS

You are responsible for your actions and omissions, as well as for the actions and omissions of anyone they invite to join or provide access to any other host accommodation, experience, or service. For example, this means: (a) that you are responsible for leaving the accommodation (and related personal property) in the condition it was in when you arrived, and (b) you must act with integrity, treat others with respect, and always comply with applicable laws. If you are making a reservation for an additional guest who is a minor or if bringing a minor to a host service, you must be legally authorized to act on behalf of the minor and you are solely responsible for the supervision of that minor.

You acknowledge that many activities involve inherent risks and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you bear all risks arising from your access to and use of Global Tribes services, including participation in any experience or use of any other host services, your stay at any accommodation or any other interaction you have with the host or other members either in person or online. This means that it is your responsibility to investigate the host service to determine if it is right for you. For example, Host Services may involve risks of illness, bodily injury, disability, or death, and you assume those risks freely and knowingly by choosing to participate in those Host Services.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all bookings made on our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us; we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion to change our contribution plans or adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time. Except as expressly provided in these terms, any price changes or changes to your Contribution Plan will become effective upon notice to you.

SECTION 7 – MEMBER CONTENT

By posting content on Global Tribes, you are solely responsible for all the content you upload, copy, display, and provide feedback, text, photos, audio, video, information, and other content using our services. Any use of such interactive areas you agree that your use of these areas is at your own risk.

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, The following content is not allowed on Global Tribes: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet ;or (l) assist any third party in doing any of the foregoing. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

SECTION 8 – SUBMISSIONS AND REVIEWS

Separate and apart from Member Content (section 7) you provide, you may submit questions, comments, feedback, suggestions, improvements, plans, and creative ideas about Global Tribes and our Services (“Submissions”). You can provide submissions by emailing us at support@globaltribes.io. The submissions you provide are voluntary, non-confidential, unjustified, and non-binding, and are not subject to any confidentiality obligations or intellectual property burdens of a third party. By providing your submissions you grant Global Tribes exclusive rights, without restriction, to edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of Submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise. In exchange for your submissions, you hereby release Global Tribes from any claims that such use violates any of your rights, Without acknowledgment or compensation to you.

Members will have an opportunity to review their experiences after each trip. You agree that your reviews must be accurate and will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any reviews. You are solely responsible for any reviews you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any reviews posted by you or any third party. Any irrelevant information not related to the host or experience may be removed.

SECTION 9 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 10 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

You expressly agree that your use of our services is at your sole risk. Global Tribes is providing the site services to the user ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Global Tribes expressly disclaim and disclaim all other warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fit for a particular purpose or need, able to operate in an uninterrupted basis, timely, secure, or error-free, the user information transmitted in connection with the site will be successfully secured or accurate or transmitted received, the quality of any services, information, products, or other materials you have purchased or obtained through our services will meet your expectations, any information we collect, or you provide will not be disclosed or collected to third parties, any errors in any data or software will be corrected, free of viruses or defects.

Global Tribes do not represent or warrant that our services will meet your requirements; we do not guarantee any performance, safety, quality, existence, conduct, legality, or suitability of any guest, host, host service, listing, or third party. Any references to a host, host service, or list indicate only that host, host service, or list, Global Tribes only verified or identified that host only and nothing else.

SECTION 11- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no case shall Global Tribes, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, publishing or booking of a listing, including the provision or use of Host Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms, whether such failure or delay is due to causes beyond our reasonable control. We shall not be liable nor held responsible if you interact with someone through our Services that you feel is acting or behaving inappropriately.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In no case shall Global Tribes hold any liability towards any of the travelers behaviors towards other travelers, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors, and we preserve our right to legally follow any incident that might occur to preserve our reputation and brand recognition. Such action, such as, but not limited to, harassment (verbally and physically), any form of bullying, abuse, or scamming will be faced legally.

SECTION 12 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Global Tribes and our parent, subsidiaries, other affiliates, partners, officers, directors, members, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, cost, or expenses including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with a) your breach of these Terms of Service (including additional terms that apply to a product or feature) ;(b) your violation of any rights of another; or (c) your conduct in connection with the Services; or (d) your interaction with any Host or member, stay at an Accommodation, participation in an Experience or other Host Service, including without limitation any injuries, losses or damages (whether compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of such interaction, stay, participation or use. (d) Your breach of any laws, regulations or third-party rights such as intellectual property or privacy rights. If you are obligated to indemnify us, we will have the right, in our sole discretion, to control any action or proceeding and determine whether we wish to settle it and, if so, on what terms.

SECTION 13 – TRADEMARKS, COPYRIGHT, AND USER LICENSE

The Global Tribes logo and other Global Tribes trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with the Sites are trademarks of Global Tribes and may not be copied, imitated, or used, in whole or in part. Do not use or register any domain name, social media handle, trade name, trademark, branding, logo, or other source identifier that may be confused with Global Tribes.

SECTION 14 – TERMINATION

These Terms of Service are effective until you terminate this agreement at any time, by sending us an email or by deactivating or deleting your account and all related information. If you are in breach of these Terms, or any other policies or community standards, and you violate applicable laws, Global Tribes will take such action and immediately terminate this agreement without prior notice and will stop providing access to the Global Tribes website and will remove member’s account from our Services.

SECTION 15 – MISCELLANEOUS

Assignment. You may not assign any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Global Tribes. Global Tribes may without restriction assign, or transfer any or all its rights under these Terms, in whole or in part, without your approval.
Waiver. The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Entire Agreement. These Terms of Services contain the entire agreement, all prior and contemporaneous understandings between the parties with respect to its subject matter are superseded.
Severability. In case any Terms of Services shall be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining terms shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.

SECTION 16 – GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These terms and conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Jordanian law. You and Global Tribes agree that any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall exclusively be submitted to the competent courts in Amman, Jordan. You and Global Tribes agree that you will notify each other of any dispute within thirty (30) days of when it arises and that you will attempt an informal resolution prior to any demand.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or non-binding, you shall remain bound by all other provisions hereof. In such an event, such invalid provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and you will at least agree to accept a similar effect as the invalid, unenforceable, or non-binding provision, given the contents and purpose of these terms and conditions.

SECTION 17 – PAYMENTS AND INSTALLMENT SYSTEM

Upon booking our itineraries and trips, you have to book the entire trip cost beforehand according to each itinerary booking calendar. After paying for our trips you will receive a receipt for the amount you have paid. Please note that paying for our trips does not guarantee booking and you might get a refund. After booking a trip within 2 business days minimum you’ll receive either a confirmation email for your trip or a declining trip.

In case of approval, you’ll be subject to each package refund and cancellation policy, for further information, please check section 4 and section 14, in case there was a booking decline for your trip, you’ll be refunded accordingly.

We offer an installment system for our trips which is explained thoroughly in section 3. Please note for our scheduled trips, there is no installment payment at all, and it’s subject to Global Tribes head office to decide whether there is any exception or not.

SECTION 18 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE AND SEVERABILITY

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or modify any part of these Terms of Service or any Global Tribes policies related to the use of the site anytime by posting updates and changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
